I think you might want to consider that a pearl that is set exposed like the above pictures is very vulnerable to abuse of day to day wear. I thought you might like to see this unusual pearl and diamond necklace that went to auction this December 10th at Christies. I showed it to a princess. I can't tell you who, but I think she is wearing it these days. We will have to keep a look out in the media for sitings!
