I have quite a lot of freshwater pearls bought before I knew much about them (not that I know a lot about them these days). They're at home in Singapore now but here are some shots taken a few years ago of some strands. The pearls are from China and Philippines and I got them while I was there.

The dangles worn with pearl studs: It goes with both dark and light pearl necklaces. Here it is with my white necklace.

My cream white SS pearls 11.5mm to 15.25mm. With semi-matching white SS pearl dangles. The dangles are jackets that are interchangeable with any stud earrings. Here they are worn with diamond clusters

This one is a 10.7 x 13.5mm necklace with natural color browns, coppers, greens, grays and silver. The pearls are medium to heavy circle pearls with a medium to high lustre and measure 17 ?" in length. Before it was strung: On my neck - bad shot taken in the bathroom:

Here is the 8.4 x 10mm Silvery Strand. It's quite different from the other silvery grey strand IRL. This one is a sharper silver while the other necklace is a softer silvery grey.
