Buyer and Seller Responsibilities Regarding Shipping

I've been totally deleted on PS. All of my old posts. Only my new posts show up. I emailed the moderators and was told that it was a mistake (they said I got accidentally deleted as they were removing spam from a thread I was posting on) they assured me that they would get my posts put back...

Buyer and Seller Responsibilities Regarding Shipping

Yikes! You must not have slept! It must be horrible as a seller to have merchandise lost in the mail (especially custom pieces). I can imagine it's a most unwelcome occupational hazard!

    Hillary's Pearls

She has an amazing collection. I find it distracting though because she always layers them over some kind of small gold pendant. It peeks out just enough to be visible but not enough to see clearly.

A Year of Pearls in the Life of a Pre-K Teacher:

I love the hanadama set more each time I see it. Having pieces that make you happy to wear them and get worn often because of it is a beautiful thing.

Golden South Sea Pearls at Pearl Paradise

The luster and colour on those are amazing! They look beautiful on you too (they seem to be perfect with your coloring). May you wear them in good health for many more anniversaries!

WE WON! Who wants to go to Fiji? :)

Yup! All those first person perspective action videos are taken with GoPro cameras. They are tiny and can be mounted onto helmets, ski poles, bike handlebars, or on a chest strap. You can even buy cases that are waterproof for surfing and diving. DH and my dad use the one I bought my dad for...

My pearls -- I clearly have a "style"

Can we see neck shots of each on its own? They are too pretty to be hidden by other strands.

WE WON! Who wants to go to Fiji? :)

Use a GoPro! They come with straps to wear them in all sorts of ways. (it's what I will do if I am lucky enough to be picked). Plus, you will have a +1, so perhaps they can be convinced to take pictures if you become too overwhelmed with pearly distraction to document for posterity and the...

    Mrs Thatcher's pearls

I just remember admiring her when I was a child. You didn't see too many women in power then.

My new Revenge Victoria Grayson strand!!!

I'd love to see more enhancers offered. I think they are fantastic and way more versatile than a pendant. Edit: actually more convertible jewelry in general. I love the flexibility of adding pearls to hoops or onto other earrings, enhancers onto chains or onto strands, extenders onto...

Does a pearl shortener work well to make 18" strands look like they are 16"?

Thanks! It looks like a handy thing to have, but many of the ones I have seen have maxed out at a 8 mm pearl (and I would like to use them on my Tahitian strands and larger freshwater ones too).

Does a pearl shortener work well to make 18" strands look like they are 16"?

Tucs, Can you post the etsy link? I've been looking for one for some of my larger pearls too.

    Vietnamese blue akoya

I think the 3 strand is more proportionate to the peanut. The 4 maybe looks a little like you decided to put an enhancer on a stand-alone strand, whereas to my eye the three looks like it is a designed set. But I suspect that the proportions are hard to see in a picture and might look very...

TheRealReal.com (Not so real) Tahitian Pearl Necklaces

Wow. Those aren't even close. Also, one of the necklaces looks photo-shopped onto the model. It's supposedly and 18 inch strand and it is sitting more like a 26 inch length.
