🤣 Douglas! I asked if they were black akoyas, they said 'no'...they are black butterfly pearls...I've noticed with O'Hara...they seem to have their own lingo going on with their jewelry (Japan based seller). They are just over $1000 USD for the strand plus shipping...

Wow! Amazing. I did notice a price hike. I bought a strand of akoyas at a very good price and a week later the price had been jacked up to a still good, but not as good price as when I got mine.
