Influencer Marketing's Impact on Consumer Trust and Purchase Behavior in the UK Pearl Jewellery Industry

Truthfully, I believe you are trying to string me along. I'm just trying to clasp the situation and see if you are serious or knot. Your comments on this story are just not natural and definitely not cultured. I guess I'll just head South to Sea.

Stacking pearls with other types of necklaces?

I layer pearls and chains all the time...I love that look! Plus, I love wearing my chains and my pearls. Tiny pearls especially layer well with several chains. That is the style right now.

    Help identify this Pearl Ring

I would have the diamonds tested; they appear pretty dirty and cleaning them properly will be difficult because you don't want to damage the pearl. The pearl appears to me to be a South Sea, slightly off round-perhaps an 11-13mm. The coloring on the photo makes it look more silvery...which could...

First pearls, possibly from Ming's of Honolulu. Are these blue Akoya?

There are some cool threads about blue Akoya pearls and that it is actually unwanted organic matter when they are "seeded" that causes the bluish color. Mikimoto rejected these pearls for years, and then, somehow, some designer saw them and there was a market for them. I too love the bluish...

Buyer and Seller Responsibilities Regarding Shipping

I was on the "buyer" end of a fiasco from EBay/PayPal. My over $500 purchase was shipped USPS (no signature, just tracking). The tracking said it was "placed in mailbox" but the package was never there. Because packages are scanned by the main post office it showed "delivered." I later learned...

First pearls, possibly from Ming's of Honolulu. Are these blue Akoya?

Based on your photos, I would say yes, these are on the blue spectrum. The seem to be more gray than blue, but I do see some blue tint on some that is more pronounced. There is also some pinkish tones on some of the pearls. Nice strand gray to blue. Excellent antique find.

Stringing Tutorial with photos: Stringing on Serafil, Beaders Secret & Power Pro

Gem Packed also has them in rhodium dipped sterling silver, which is GREAT because they don't tarnish. The vermeil clasps (gold tone) I've purchased from both bellafindings and gempacked tend to tarnish with time.

    Pearls and Cosmetics

Pearls are for wearing, no matter what their value. I wear my cheaper pearls AND my expensive pearls equally. After wall, what are you saving them for? I agree with @treasurefixation and you: However, be sure to let your moisturizer sink in as much as possible, and then consider wiping your neck...

Help identify large silver pearls with gold pave clasp

They look like freshwater peach pearls, most likely China freshwater. You can tell from the off-round nature of the pearls. There are round freshwater pearls this color, but the perfectly round ones are a bit more rare. Also consider: The clasp is almost always a good indicator of the quality...

    My "Pearling" Story...

So I took my Monday picture but got too busy to post it. So here is Happy Monday and Happy Wednesday! I'm enjoying reading threads about the "possibly natural double strand" as well as the "possible Mikimoto brooch." So interesting! Wonder if someone will be going through my necklaces like this...

Anyone used Indian wholesaler kishore motiwala for SSP?

I have purchased from kishore motiwala on Etsy before. The pearl quality was good, but not top quality, even for their AAA. It was a good value for the price paid.

    Should i get these tested?

The clasp definitely looks 1970's when everyone was mixing red/blue/green stones in rings/clasps/earrings. I agree with the estimation that they are baroque, but sometimes naturals can be hidden, especially in the jewelry boxes of the very rich! Best of luck! Looking forward to seeing how this...

    My "Pearling" Story...

LIttle blue/purple/mauve freshwater pearls (so nice and round) with a 14KWG Diamond pendant/7mm round iridescent blue pearl. Little earrings to mach. Love how it has so many nice tones in the little pearls. Like the last one, you can even see my computer monitor reflected in this pearl!

    My "Pearling" Story...

Here is my "greenish gray" Tahitian pearl. I was so amazed how it morphed to match my green shirt. Pearls are chameleons sometimes! Have a great Monday everyone. You can even see my computer monitor reflected in this pearl!

    My "Pearling" Story...

Oh those diamond clasps...I'm so proud of this one, as I had to design a rework, creating a supporting bar inside the side clips in order to use it with pearls...it was originally on a gold chain. It's just so beautiful with these lovely Tahitian Gray pearls. Who would have thought that gray...

    My "Pearling" Story...

Well, it's Monday again. That seems to be my best day to check the forum. It's mid-September and Fall is officially here (on the calendar anyway), but it's still HOT in Texas. Here is a really fun strand that makes me at least feel Fall is in the air. Zebra stone beads (3mm and 12mm) coupled...

    My "Pearling" Story...

It's just plain fun, right! Thanks for your kind comment and I look forward to seeing your Tahitian strand from EBay. Three truly are treasures on EBay but you need to be careful and discerning. I've been pretty fortunate being able to spot the real thing after taking the Pearls as One course...
