Show Us Your Pearls In Action!!!

Thank you, CatMom! Oh, those tiny pearls are so sweet! I love the look! I had a bit of a pendant palooza and chose several individual pearls for Sarah to set in simple bails. The two to the left are FW, and the three to the right are Kasumi. Wearing the large FW and the small Kasumi with...

Please help me set some mismatched monster studs! 16.5-7mm Tahitian and WSS

Whoa, those are big and are going to look great on you! I am no help with this as I have never worn any type of earrings that big. I would think you’d maybe want the bottoms smoothed out with large cups covering the back side.

But it is unfortunate what became known as the Swastika so closely resembles these ancient symbols. Oh, I so envy your PJ and pearl day! I’ve been on...

I had a lot of fun, and of course, I didn’t return home without pearls from the Kojima studio. More pearls to come but here’s a start… Pearl stuffed seashell on sapphire beads, and Tahitian studs. I made the tin cup chain with tiny T’s from Alex Collins.

Thanks Douglas!! I love them, Pomelo! Tiny T’s are so special and they look fantastic with your bigger strand. Wow, you sure wouldn’t have a problem wearing large studs either! The faux buttons work really well for you, and of course I love those keshi T’s. Gorgeous!

Pearl trip to Japan - recommendations please!

Pomelo, I was in Japan this past fall and was able to visit the Mikimoto Museum and also Takahashi. I posted pics of both visits in the Pearl Industry News thread. I did not go to the Pearl Museum in Kobe. We took the train from Nagoya to Toba for Mikimoto Island, and I took the train from Osaka...
