Got my strand today and just opened the box... They're beautiful! I love their overall look...shades of purples, greens and pink all blended in with a golden creamy look. They're unlike ANYthing else I've seen in pearls. Thanks for bringing this to us, Jeremy! They're lovely!

Got an email just recently saying the time of arrival is this Thursday, just in time for Valentine's Day! I hope I'll be able to put them on and wear em for a night on the town with my beau!

Whew! Being in class all day I almost missed this special offer! Hopefully I was able to nab a strand of the 6.5-7.5mm oval exotics (http://www.pearlparadise.com/detail.aspx?ID=2067) since people are flying everywhere to snatch a strand for themselves. Can't wait!

The first two necklaces don't look like Tahitians, more like dyed freshwaters. The ring is nice though...can't say how much they'd go for though :T

No clue! Granted if the nacre is too thin or brittle and won't last long no pearl, no matter the great color or luster it has, can't be too worthwhile.

10mm akoya on a ring? Aren't those super rare and very expensive?! That would've been a clue right off the bat that the pearl is either a fake or a freshwater being guised as an akoya. Like Jeremy said, avoid this seller!:(

I don't know if I'd call them shell pearls; they don't look shiny enough or have that glass-like flashiness about them IMO. The color does looked dyed though...I'd bet on that. And even so they look really bright, cheerful and trendy. Their shape is quite nice too for being round!

I can't help but agree! Go pandas! *ahem* But anyway, that's a very cute idea! A collar like this would be perfect for my spoiled baby, Lydia, back home where she stays with my parents. However, when it comes to pearls and the cat, it's gonna be ME who's getting them >> Move over, kitty.
