Well, I'm a guy, but I must admit that a pearl on the inside of the heel is ... well... aesthetically pleasing. However, when standing, I very much doubt that they would be noticeable... or at all visible. None the less, the idea is quite a stand out.

I was very impressed by their fine products. These guys really deserve to call their jewelry fine. It's a shame that most retailers can't sell such exquisite pieces. But then their items are unique. Can't have it all... eh! :rolleyes:

Lovely pearls! I must say though, that enhancer caught my eye pretty quickly. All in all a tribute to it's maker... both of you.

Anybody know if the mechanics of "smart pearls" are in any way inferior to the movable parts of the Mikimoto strand? Or the reverse?

I love those lavender keshi/keishi! The luster looks great, but then, the fact that they are odd shaped means they reflect the light from more places than a round pearl. All in all a glittering prize.

I really find attractive what you said: that if anything goes wrong, just take it apart and do it again. Ever since I was about six years old I have been designing jewelry on scraps of paper, napkins etc. And every one had to be changed about ten or twenty times before I was satisfied, so doing...

I don't mean to be naive, but how will this actually affect us?

I thought you were the expert :confused: ? My thought is that as pearl prices are expected to come back up soon, we should quickly fly over to china and have a shopping spree! Call it an investment as the price is due to go up. :)

I'm 99.99999% sure they're faux, but, if you can bring yourself to do it, crack one open with a hammer and see what it is.
