Conch Pearls Conch Pearls Our pretend son is visiting us for a few days. He now lives in the Dominican Republic where there are loads of conch. Should I have him keep an eye out for conch pearls? He is not in a commercial area on the island - he runs a resort.

I think I found my color. On PP, I found white South Sea baroque with aqua undertones - I'll work on my tan for those. Now, I'll need to start saving my pennies...I can't believe that a strand was only $600???? WOW

Coloring and choosing pearls Coloring and choosing pearls I was looking at white pearls - still a newbie. I am fair, sallow, blue veins, dark hair, hazel eyes - typical weird Sicilian coloring - which of the whites would be best? I like all the shades - rose, silver, etc. - help:confused:

I love what you said Wendy. I believe our path contains lessons we need to experience and learn from. It took many years until I came to that conclusion or delusion but it works for me. :)
