I think it depends on how you see it. I look at it like this, a circled pearl is a normal round pearl that have circles of extra nacre on it. Like the picture I attached. I might just have misunderstood it, it might be the case that a circled pearl is just a pearl with circled grooves on it.

I think that the circled pearls are heavier because the circles add extra mass to the pearl. It's probably not noticeable at all though.

I've been passing up on lots of things... And I'll try to keep doing so until the exotics comes around. I think like this, you can always get nice tahitians, nice freshwaters and the other pearls that the vendors always keep in their stock, but exotics you have to wait for and when they're...

This is just a guess but maybe it effects circled strands more than strands with smooth pearls? I think the circled pearls might be a bit heavier.

I feel quite sorry for Jeremy, having such high expectations on him! I'd go under if it was me that had to do all that work, and with so many people looking forward to it.

I agree with Casey. The exotics I have are the most beautiful pearls I have! I love them so much. I have gotten sooo many compliments on them, especially the ovals. Will the prices be about the same as the exotic offer back in 2008? Sorry if seems like a bad or rude question.

Jeremy, will the strands you're working on be small pearls or big pearls like these?

Beth C: I love those too! I can't really afford them right now, though. I know there's lots of fans of that colour on this forum so I expect they'll be gone really soon. :)

I haven't either. I wouldn't worry, though. I think there have been problems with the mail links in the past.
