    Greenhills Tour

Kalmen22, the booths are shuffled at Greenhills monthly! It depends on what you want to buy. But for high quality ones, most are not displayed so ask the sellers to open their vaults! Many have vaults behind their booths but even at the vaults, now I'm quite disappointed to see some...

    Greenhills Tour

Purranha, the thing is, I have to have a budget going to Greenhills! There are seasons when things are crappy, and seasons when things are great! When the economy was down, there were more low-end stuffs. Now Asian economy is great, so there are better pearls. The thing is, the enhancements are...

    Traveling Pearls

Thanks, everyone. Champagne color though is not a popular choice but it suits many skin colors! Tucs, Badalona is a nice area with beaches and coastlines, less bustle than the city center. Cathy, hope you have time to post one! That would be interesting! :)

How big is too big? (A PSS problem...)

My biggest is 14mm SSPs. I feel fine with them now as long as the backing is good and can wear them for several hours. However, you have to get used to it. I have thin lobes so when I started wearing 11mm SSPs, my ears bled. After that, they were used to it. Then I got 13mm Tahitians which I...

My new Revenge Victoria Grayson strand!!!

Thanks, everyone! Cathy, those small pendants do make good danglers. :) IMHO, a pearl is also a good dangler on a gemstone bracelet or a gemstone dangler is good on a pearl bracelet. :) Purranha, as you can see, they are not worth a thousand bucks.. And seriously, I don't think the price...

My new Revenge Victoria Grayson strand!!!

It's a black diamond supplier called Gemone. They have a website. Here's what I've made of the strands fresh off the bench! Made it with an 18k gold clasp with a white diamond dangler. The rest of the beads I will make with pearls. :)

My new Revenge Victoria Grayson strand!!!

Purranha, Cathy - they arrived! I chose the untreated colored roughs 2-3mms....the rondelles are way more expensive than the rough and yes, the drill holes are really small. I chose 5 half strands of 7-8 inches (8-9 carats) of blue, green, yellow, gray, and brownish red diamonds to make into a...
