Hi gigi, check to see if they are half seed pearls - most sellers sell them full-round. The half seed pearls can be harder to obtain.

No 1 picture looks like fresh water pearls- the deco clasp looks single style made into double ( quite stunning the clasp ). The flower clasp looks like it has Akoya pearl. No 2 Looks very old - looks like a rose cut diamond, and their is a chance they could be natural. No 3 Appear to be fake...

Well done on the knotting of the Aquamarine rondelles, the more you knot beads and pearls the easier it is to judge the thread length. The smaller the beads the more thread you use, below 3mm I usually use three times the length plus one half length. 3mm to 5mm I use three times the length.
