Wow, interesting Jeremy. i am a little surprised, but it has been the aim all along, hasn't it? And Grace have played their cards well, waiting until the product has become consistent and reliable, doing the 'edison' branding over the past year or so..... I am pretty chuffed about it really!

Cultured or Natural? Salt or Fresh?

Hi Jodie, I think your first strand is a poorly matched strand of baroque akoyas - pretty good though for the price - as Dave says, well matched for lustre!

I purchased these pearls in Mindanao. Are they South Sea?

Yes it is a shame that you have been sold this strand as south seas - they are a pretty nice strand of freshwaters - nice and clean and reasonably round, and sold for a very good price. Just a little short on honesty! Enjoy your pearls - they are lovely. 1

Hey Josh, glad to hear that you have jumped in on the kangaroo leather (didn't I mention it previously somewhere?). It is a great soft leather and works so well ... We do some great pieces for children's jewellery using kangaroo, too. It is soft enough to form well around little wrists...

    Japanese Kasumi vs. Chinese "Look-a-likes"

I figure if pearls are worth wearing, they are worthy of a triple strand bracelet. The hammered 9...
