Yes, I thought about this too - similar values perhaps. I have received many many corporate 'gifts' over the years and the only ones I have really kept/treasured have been ones with local cultural value. I think some of my earliest CFWP were received in this way, along with Japanese lacquered...

I saw these clasps in person at our Jewellers' Association of Australia fair last year - they are very very striking... I loved them, bit out of my price league though either for personal use or to incorporate in my range.

I spend far less than 10% of sales margin for customised packaging. I have my boxes etc. manufactured in fairly large quantities, imported, and stored off-site and I would still suggest that it is closer to 5-6% of margin. For higher end goods, I have customised (but not bulk produced) boxes...

Hi Sheri - yes, always fun for this fair! The September show is bigger and held in two venues with raw goods (ie, pearls, along with all gemstones, findings, silver etc) being exhibited at the AWE - the huge convention centre out near the airport, and finished jewellery being shown in the city...
