Thanks cyndayco! These are AAA FW pearls. Rope lengths go as per personal preference. My own is a 72 inch with a clasp (with pearls around 7-7,5 mm) - that allows up to 4 loops around the neck, and also allows for creative ways to do 2 or 3 loops around the neck with or without knotting. :)...

Ropes always fascinate me. Am sharing one that we completed recently about 88 inches long and with a little silver ribbed ball clasp. Used 8 little white 4.5-5 mm pearls and one 8 mm pearl and so on. Happy with the finished necklace. As usual hard to part with it. :) Sharing some photos.

A light box really does make a world of a difference to the quality of pearl pictures. Of course, the question remains though whether the pearl pictures look more realistic (as they would most of the time when worn) in outdoor light, under indoor lighting or in a light box?. Below are 2...

Lavender are a personal favourite with me too. These days there are really dark lavender (purple) pearls available more easily than ever before and I love those too! :)

Katbran, these 2 kinds of ball clasps have worked well for the largest, heaviest pearls. They are sturdy as they are hook and click clasps and can be found in a range of sizes. The necklaces in the pictures are about 11mm+ to 15 mm or so.
