Fujix Polyester Thread - Has anyone used?

Wow, that's a lot of thread!! Checking google for Fujix thread found the company. You'll want to do your own tests, as all polyester thread isn't created equal. See if you can break it, note any stretch. Also I'd untwist a strand and look at it under a loupe. Let us know how the test strands...

First Purchase-What Quality or Any Info on?

The H on the clasp and H 925 actually represent Honora Pearls. You'll find lots of info about this company online. As Pearl Dreams mentioned, you have solid nacre pearls are they are well matched and lovely! Another plus is this pinch clasp is much easier to work compared to a fish hook clasp.

The Iluka South Sea Keshi Pearl Necklace

Keshi pearls can sometimes have more porous or even hollow spaces inside, so perhaps not as heavy as one might expect. That brooch, though, will definitely add some weight! Funny, did anyone see a length given? Truly amazing necklace!

    Are these nice pearls?

Hmm, I'm leaning toward imitation. Something about the reflection seems too consistent. Is the clasp 14k?

Mixing and matching - stringing a mix of beads and pearls safely

My vote goes to Akoya, a very pretty strand! I've just recently used scrimps on Pearl Dreams recommendation. They make an attractive and secure finish. Some designs really must be strung on wire.

I have a ton of Filipino pearls

I'm sorry to hear your Mother passed. These earrings are bead nucleated freshwater with metallic shine, a more current purchase. Pearls are very popular now and the pretty necklaces don't show stretched thread or much wear at all. The large dark pearls could be removed from the wire and...

Yes, Rose is a lovely versatile color! Amber might be fun, too! Maybe take a few pearls and knot up with each color. Baby is probably too light. These are some lovely pearls, CatMom!
