    It looks like it could be a Mastoloni stamp. You could reach out to them to ask. They are still very active. Fran Mastoloni is on the board of directors of the CPAA.

    Do you have a larger photo? I can't make the image out clearly, but I suspect it is a hardening agent that was applied to blemishes or holes in the nacre.
