The appear to be akoya pearls. I agree with PD, there is nothing that indicates they are from the Mikimoto brand.

I have seen a natural strand of pearls with a similar pearl at GIA Bangkok. There was a single freshwater pearl mixed in with a strand of naturals, described as intentionally placed within the strand as a sort of marker.

The certificate says they're natural, but that's not the case - unless it is a reference to the color, which is likely natural. I've never heard of Jubille International. There is no reference to them in Google search. It looks like a nice piece if the colors (which they appear to be) and...

We haven't experienced color fading as far as I'm aware. Hisano has a number of special pieces that are just as beautiful today as they were the day she got them. But I know it can happen, so we're taking photo records of the intensely color-saturated strands and attaching them to order notes...
