Well, very likely you have cultured pearls...and not natural pearls. But if you really believe these ara natural: have them sent to a reputable gem lab such as Liechenstein, SSEF or even DANAT.

Drill holes and other nacre imperfections tell me these are actual cultured pearls. They do look like Akoya.

Those look like low quality Akoya pearls and "Black Akoya" (irradiated) pearls to me.
