I agree. Not a Mikimoto clasp. The pearls do look like Akoya.

Looks like a Freshwater pearl to me. But not much else from the photos. Any stories behind it?

    I think it's around 150-200 years old

That is what I saw as well. But the x rays are not the best. Retesting with dental xrays would be best.

natural south sea persian gulf pearls

The main problem is that you basically obscure the pearl behind your fingers....but the pearl looks cultured to me. Now, If you really believe it is a natural pearl: just send it over to the closest reputable gem lab (I would use SSEF in Switzerland since you are in Turkey) and have it...

    I think it's around 150-200 years old

Well, very likely you have cultured pearls...and not natural pearls. But if you really believe these ara natural: have them sent to a reputable gem lab such as Liechenstein, SSEF or even DANAT.

Hello @cenkbaba and welcome to our forum. Hard to say with the photos...you should go to a Dentist for better photos. Pearls look amazing under dental X rays. They are definitively nice looking baroque pearls. The larger and rounder one looks cultured to me, maybe a South Sea pearl. The x rays...

    1950s Pearl Necklace

Hi there @DavidS and welcome to our forum! I see some mother of pearl beads there, this could mean that this is a cultured pearl necklace. Most likely. But I also see what seem to be faux pearls (imitations) and some beads that resemble glass...I think this is a mashup necklace made with all...

Reputable retail sellers for loose GSS/WSS keshi pearls?

I would definitively recommend a few, but you haven't told us your country so I will assume the USA: Pearl Paradise, Kojima Pearl Co, King's Ransom. UK: Pearlescense. I am sure other members can add to the list.
