The seller already responded. He has refunded my money and told me to keep the strand I had received as a "gift." He apologized and stated that his wife was helping him and must have sent the wrong ones. The money is already back in my account, and now it's time to move on and look for that...

So, I discussed it with my wife, and I persuaded her to allow for a return, with the promise of an even-better replacement once this gets settled. I've sent the initial notification that what I got is not what I ordered, and requested resolution. We'll see how it goes. Thank you to everyone...

They seem to change with the light. They'll look white with pinkish overtone, then look just slightly pinkish, white with a silverish hue in a different light.

I'm sorry - I just measured with a tape. The actual lenght (not counting clasp) is 19.25". I measured some individual pearls, and they were measuring at 7/16".
