I picked yellow gold for my burgundy strand. Red picked a yellow gold orbit clasp for VIP-55. I choose depending on the pearls' tones. I personally like white gold more, but I let the pearl decide. I think you could have a rose gold custom clasp made by PP. Worth asking...

Red, the deep lavenders are well matched and I consider them a "dusty" deep lavender. The medium burgundy are larger pearls overall, definitely with more red, and some blue and bronze thrown in. It's just beautiful with wonderful luster.

BTW -- it's so nice seeing strands going to homes that can truly appreciate them. Like Red's appreciation of the "historic" (in the pearl subculture) interest and original intent of her newest strand of Tahitians. That strand looks so much more beautiful on your neck than in the glamour shot.

Lavender is extremely tricky. They can have tones of blue, or pink, and even brown! Deep lavender is a rarity. I happened to take a shot of my lavenders for another thread. You can see my jumble of a triple strand in AAA seems pink in comparison to my newest, deepest single lavender strand...
