These are Jacqui Onassis' signature pearls that she was most often photographed in. They recently went for auction at the Goodwood Festival in West Sussex and fetched 30,000 GBP. They caught my eye because they are not dissimilar to the necklace I own. I'd like to see a close up of the clasp. I wear mine with the clasp at the side, but Onassis probably was more subtle with her jewellery.
